Young Women's Leadership Challenge

is a yearlong program that empowers high school girls to become confident, capable leaders. It begins with an engaging summer leadership conference where participants build communication skills, self-confidence, critical thinking, and friendships through hands-on activities and meaningful conversations. Throughout the year, students continue learning through mentorship, monthly gatherings, and creating and executing their own community service project.
