1. Using the service

By using Kids Camp ATX, you agree to these terms. The service is intended for adults researching camps for children or managing a camp listing. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Camp information changes

We gather information from public camp websites, registration systems, provider submissions, and other public sources. Dates, prices, ages, locations, schedules, meals, extended care, and seat availability can change quickly.

We work to keep listings useful, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify the exact session, price, refund policy, accessibility needs, and availability directly with the camp before making plans.

3. Registration, payment, and refunds

Registration links take you to websites operated by camp providers or their registration vendors. Kids Camp ATX does not currently process camp registrations or payments.

Your registration, payment, cancellation, refund, and attendance relationship is directly with the camp or registration vendor. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use their websites.

4. Family decisions and safety

Families are responsible for deciding whether a camp is appropriate for a child. Before registering, review supervision, staff qualifications, licensing where applicable, health and safety practices, transportation, allergy accommodations, accessibility, insurance, emergency procedures, and pickup authorization directly with the provider.

A listing on Kids Camp ATX is not an endorsement, certification, background check, or safety guarantee.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the service for personal camp research and legitimate provider inquiries. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, impersonate another person or provider, copy the service at scale, or use automated tools in a way that burdens the site or violates another website's terms.

6. Camp providers and listing corrections

Providers must submit accurate information and have authority to represent the camp. We may edit, decline, suspend, or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, unsafe, outdated, unlawful, or outside the service area.

Providers and families can report a correction through the camp inquiry form. Include the camp name, the information that needs attention, and a reliable source.

7. Service availability and changes

Kids Camp ATX is a beta service. Features, listings, filters, and availability data may change, pause, or be removed. We may update these terms as the service develops. The effective date above identifies the current version.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Kids Camp ATX is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate listing information, provider actions, unavailable sessions, third-party websites, registration decisions, camp attendance, or reliance on the service.
